Blueberries Grown for Exceptional Flavor
Blueberries grown in the Lake Chelan Valley benefit from hot summer days and cool nights, creating naturally high sugar levels and deep, concentrated flavor. This unique growing environment is why so many visitors comment on how rich and sweet our blueberries taste.
When blueberries are out of season, we offer flash-frozen blueberries that are frozen at peak ripeness using IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) methods. This process locks in flavor, color, and texture, making them ideal for smoothies, baking, and everyday use.
